We booked a double room with a shared bathroom and could use wake-up service, available in it. The breakfast was savoury and tasty and offered variety of excellent food. Location: the hotel was just next door to Portland's better restaurants, Portland, and downtown/Old Port.

The rooms at Fleetwood House are individually decorated with cozy seating areas and cable TV. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home with the premium bedding and free WiFi.

The road noise outside the property could be a bit bothersome at night.

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We were treated to a variety of homemade dishes that left us feeling nourished and ready for the day. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the area. It was just off the highway on the way to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, it was situated in a modest Portland neighborhood and very close to the downtown area, making it easy to access attractions.

The only small improvement that could be made at this hotel is the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms. Brighter, more modern lighting would enhance the overall experience.
